It is reported that this batch of additives and food nutrition fortifiers that are expected to relax restrictions have been reviewed and approved at the sixth meeting of the Food Additives of the Hygiene Group of the National Food Additive Standardization Technical Committee in 2008. This public consultation will further improve the relevant standards. It is reported that the food additives that expand the scope of use and use include 14 kinds of propylene glycol fatty acid esters, riboflavin, sodium pyrophosphate, sodium metabisulfite, sodium polyacrylate, sodium hexametaphosphate, calcium hydrogen phosphate, maltitol, and calcium lactate. Among them, propylene glycol fatty acid ester as an emulsifier can be used in all kinds of cakes, the maximum use amount is 3 g/kg food; sodium pyrophosphate can be used as a humectant in frozen rice noodle products and rice noodles (including rice noodles), the maximum use The amount is 1 g/kg food; sodium polyacrylate can be used as a thickener in raw dried noodles (noodles), and the maximum use amount is 2 g/kg food; sodium hexametaphosphate is used as a water retention agent, emulsifier, and acidity adjustment The agent can be used in ice cream, flavored ice and popsicle food, and the maximum use amount is 2 g/kg food.
